Problem with monitor

Here is my problem: I was cleaning my monitor screen with special cleaner, but after while some colorful dots appeared next to Start button. They grown bigger and bigger and now there is whole ball in there. What I have done wrong and how I can solve this problem? (It doesn't appear in screenshot so this might be mechanical problem. So I painted something similliar to that bubble in screenshot)

You broke it. Never spray anything onto an LCD because it drains down and does exactly what you are seeing. Always spray onto a cloth first, then wipe the screen.
