Problem with the Nvidia 9500GT

I cant change the resolution from 800 x 600. Can some one please help
win 7, 64 bit
intel i5 2500k cpu @ 3,30 GHz
4 gb ram

Is Windows 7 fully updated to Service Pack 1?

yes latest drivers are installed, and service pack. i tried the card on another pc and it does the same there. do you think its faulty? or is there a jumper?

Yes, the video card is bad. Replace it
