Problem with Win7 boot

My Win7 32Bit is having problems when starting up after boot.

When the screen shows the black background with the "windows" emblem coming together, then the screen briefly (So fast, can't read it) shows a BSD and then the system re-boots itself.

After this the system then boots into "repair" mode and tells me that it can't repair the problem. Windows will not load after this.

Is there anyway for me to freeze the screen so I can read that BSD error message when Windows is starting? I can't troubleshoot the problem until I see this BSD message.

Any ideas?
