S silverakis Jun 19, 2008 #2 try to set up the default drivers for the drive or try to find a new official update.... Additionally try to figure out the specification of the drive......search in the official cite.

K kumarn Jun 19, 2008 #4 the device manager does not show any company but the name shown is HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T10N. My drive properties show that DVD region is 2. but i live in India ie region 5. Is there any relation with region settings for reading Data DVD also?
