Problems with TES: oblivion console

hello everyone,

i know that microsoft and HP stops the tilde (`/~) key for working in full screen applications and i know that i need to uninstall some infrared driver (i think) in order to make the console work. but the thing is... i don't know were this driver is located or how to do it. if someone could tell me that'll be dandy

I'm not familiar with your console.

But to disable any Windows driver go to:

Start-->Run--> devmgmt.msc

Find the device (you will need to expand them by clicking the + sign)
Right click on the device, and disable it.
