Program won't go full screen

i have one program that won't go to full screen, i have an intel (r) pentium (r) 4cpu 240ghz, 239ghz, 256 mb of ram, hope this helps. thanks for your help!

i will assume yhur cpu is a dual core and yhu mean 2.4 and 2.39.

Firstly -> What is the program yhu are trying to get to full screen?
Secondly -> have yhu looked under the options or settings of the program?

thanks, james, the program is zen,it has run full size for months than a day ago, i logged on and it was no longer full screen, all other programs remain full screen. not sure how to pullup setting or options?

am i to understand that the "zen" program is the Broadband Internet Provider??

IF SO you could simly try unsintalling the program and reinstalling. It could be a simple basic solution to your problem.
