Today my girlfriend had me access her PC remotely to uninstall a few things for her. I uninstalled the following items.
ALOT toolbar
Ask toolbar
hotbar
Zynga toolbar
After the removal of the zynga toolbar the PC rebooted.
Now there are a LOT of programs that have disappeared. The shortcuts remained on the desktop. She has lost all her Sims 3 stuff, all her big fish games, and many other things as well. She checked the program files folder and the folders are gone too. I feel pretty low because this happened when she asked me to do something for her. What can I do?
