here is a little info first
server is running windows 2003
this is a duplicate of a drive that used to work on the server
Tape works on another server and drive
were are using NTBackup
tapes are fine
drive is new and this is the second one
server is not connected to the internet
NOTHING IS BEING DONE ON THIS SERVER WHILE THIS IS GOING ON.
The problem: i place a tape into the drive, then on the server i open ntbackup and go to restore when trying to catalog this tape it would give you a Device Busy mount is waiting (unable to attach screen print) we tried updating drivers, replaced the drive another new one, cables, terminater and scsi card. to no avail, anyone know what the problem is
