  1. I have a Gateway 2004 Intel 4 with Microsoft xp. I used the Dban to put my computer back to what it was at its original. I want to put the computer in a garage sale and that is why I cleaned the files out. Now I get the following when I turn it on: "Intel(R) Boot Agent FE v4 1.16; Copyright (C) 1997-2--4, Intel Corporation; Intel (R) Boot Agent PXE Base Code (PXE-21 building 084) CLIENT MAC ADDR: 0011 11 d0 0315 GUID; 60d34c87 e51d b211 8000 bf6c71c486f6; PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent.
I wanted to install the 2003 microsoft cd that I have but I cannot get the computer to do anything. I can't type anything after the word "Agent" I think I have really messed this up. Can anyone help me?

    Hello Mary Ann,
sorry for the late reply, and Agustin's rather useless comment. This "agent" message means the the computer can't find a bootable hard drive. If you can set the bios to boot from the CD/DVD first, you will be able to re-install Windows normally, using the Microsoft CD
