Inactive Radio Noise from Laptop, Attached HJT Report

Have laptop on wifi home connection. Receiving radio signals and maybe tv thru my laptop speaker. Norton finds nothing. Driving me nuts. Not even on internet and still comes thru speakers. I have attached HJT report
