RAM and Processor Comparability

I am in the process of building a SFF desktop around an MSI B550i Gaming Edge WiFi MB. I bought a Crucial 2x8GB DDR4 3200 MHz kit and was going to use an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 third gen processor. Then they came out with the new Ryzen 5 5600x and I would like to use the new processor. Is the Crucial RAM that I already have going to be comparable and will it be my best choice or should I upgrade to a faster RAM?

I personally recommend the new-gen processor, Because Ryzen 5 5600x has 3.7Ghz and better than the Ryzen 5 3600 processor. The Ram is ok. If you like to upgrade you can buy a faster Ram.

I ended up using the RAM mentioned but due to the scarcity of new Ryzen CPU I decided to go with the Ryzen7 3700x. All is well so far but the increased cost of the CPU upgrade resulted in going with a Sapphire RX5600 GPU which is fine as I’m not really into gaming but more into flight simms

RX5600 is a very good GPU. But Wry you didn't buy an RTX 3060ti,3070.
