Ram compatibility

Hello, I have
2GB Memory 1066MHz DDR3 PC3-8500 RAM

How do I find the range of computers(particularly macs) that the ram is compatible with?

A Reverse Lookup for RAM... interesting idea, but I know of none. If you are trying to find a good place for some sticks, eBay does a lot of this - but be very specific and make good clear photos.

I have noticed that when ram is advertised, it often lists the computers it is compatible with.

I have a rough idea that my ram goes with 2009/2010 macbooks and mac minis, but not exactly which ones.

I think I use something very much like it in my Xeon workstation.. I rather think your memory may have a very broad acceptance.
