Ram running at 80% to 90% with only two pages in the tray

Am using a Sony VAIO for the past year. This week two pages in the tray cause the ram to run at 80% to 90%.
When this happens the computer begins to run so slowly that it becomes nearly useless. How can I find out what is taking so much RAM space?

Malware? Scan.

Task Manager indicates how RAM is allocated. Examine.
