RAM tester equipment

Hi, where can I get, or do they exist anymore, a cheap RAM test machine, specifically for DDR3 memory modules?

This is what most people use (including me):

MemTest86 is the original self booting memory testing software for x86 and ARM computers. Supporting both BIOS and UEFI, with options to boot from USB.

You make a bootable flash drive with it and then you boot to that before you get to Windows. The standard test is 4 passes and you watch for red errors in the results area. If you get red then you have a RAM problem and it doesn't always mean that RAM is defective it just might not be good for your hardware.
