Inactive Random Advertisements

So every now and then I could hear advertisements going on, while no applications are running that I know, it's not from the internet. It comes randomly and I don't know how to stop it.

You're not giving us much to work on and I see you also have another thread going. Please describe what you are using for a popup stopper and whether you have any programs to block ads.
