Random Crashings/Reboots and BCCode Error at Startup

Hello,
I'm new here (first post) and i have a question.
My OS is Windows XP SP2.
I'm having many random reboots latly and i don't know why.
At startup, after the reboot, Windows shows me this BCCode error:
BCCode: 10000050 BCP1: E0108AA0 BCP2: 00000001 BCP3: 8054a10d
BCP4: 00000000

Does anyone know what is the problem?
What do i need to do to fix this?

0x50 errors are a pretty good sign that you have memory corruption but there are other causes as well. Read the sticky by Julio "Before Posting Minindumps..." in this very forum and follow the advice given.
