Inactive Random Reboots and Dcom errors

My cousins laptop has been experiencing a blue screen when I try to open it.. The system only runs in 2 to 3 minutes then blue screen is appearing everytime. The os that is installed is Windows 10. I think this might be a malware issue since the laptop doesn't have any installed anti-virus aside from the Windows defender. Also, I try to check the event logs to know the errors that the system is ecnountering and I have seen that there we're a lot of errors and mostly is because of Event id 10005 " DCOM got error "1084" attempting to start the service WSearch with arguments ". I can only consistently use the system via Safe mode.
