Dear Support specialists,

I was reviewing my task manager and began googling the different processes and happened to stumble upon this forum website as I was attempting to see if "extray.exe" was "malicious."

I read some posts and I must say, I "tip my hat" to all TechSupport Ambassadors / Specialists for your knowledge, professionalism, services and overall expertise in communicating solutions for people that are not up-to-par as yourselves.

I've taken the initiative to d/l some of the tools suggested and ran some of my own scan logs for you to decipher ( I like that word ... decipher); anyways... Nonetheless, below I pasted the logs and I am open to any suggestions for removing "unnecessary programs, startups, malware/trojans (of course), and things that don't appear...(well I was going to say "Normal" but there's no such thing)... that don't appear "Common" let's just say. Thank you in advance and I'll check-in over the next day or two as I know you guys have much on your plate. Thanks! I appreciate this forum and the specialists that can help - not just myself, but for us all.

Paul.
