Realtek audio gone missing

After a recent update in Windows 10, I can no longer find my Realtek Audio Panel. I have tried to reinstall the drivers both manually and automatically but nothing helped me.

I'm not a Tech guy, can anyone please help me with the solution.

Try to check the Device Manager by right-clicking on My Computer and going to Manage. Check if your audio device is enabled or disabled. If it's enabled then disable it and then re-enable it.
