Realtek Audio Not Working

I reset me pc after my network adapter couldn't pick up any wifi. After the reset it could but I lost all audio. Realtek wouldn't start and my headphones can't connect what so ever. after uninstalling realtek and reinstalling it 3 times it doesn't start. I looked in my C drive and found that only the driver and instashield had installed and nothing else. my High Def audio also has a orange sign on it as well as there being two of them.
