Realtek driver

I stupidly fendered the realtek wireless driver on my computer so could not get onto the internet. I've been able to download the driver from here through my phone and have tried to install it. But I cannot get it to work! Please help

I would first try System Restore. Use a restore point before you messed with the driver.

Also, see Device Manager, use View tab to see 'hidden' - remove offending devices - attach USB or CD with driver, reboot and allow device discovery to locate and install 'new' device - it should pick up the driver if you include that in the driver search space.
