Inactive Redirect virus! Cannot get rid of!

Hello,

I am new to this forum. So I am sorry if I am not posting this correctly, or if I need to post this elsewhere. I did a search for fixing this problem and this forum was near the top of that search.

I have done everything I can think of...I have scanned with avira, spybot, malwarebytes, superantispyware, hitmanpro, and more..To no avail..

What can I do?? Any help would be so much appreciated...

Also I am not sure, but this redirect virus seems to open up doors for other viruses sometimes...Thank you so much!
