Talked to the IT guy at work he says looks like i need to reinstall windows as this can not be deleted dose any one know how to excess dell recovery as dell dose not come with Cd's

Absolutely no offense intended, yet I can not understand your post. o_o

What is Jason paint?

it is a program that comes with XP with Dell or a Dell extra

OK lets just get a answer to how to excess Dell recovery as i have no Disks and Dell has them internally

Do you have a recovery drive?
You'll just have to talk to dell to get a disk.

Go to run (alternatively, windows key+R) and type in "MSCONFIG"; press ok.
Go to the Startup tab, find Jason paint, and uncheck it.
Press ok.
That should do it.

BTW, a Dell's recovery will reinstate "Jason Paint" if it is indeed a dell program.
@PYGMUS, I'm also confused about "Jason Paint".
