Remove win32trojanagent2

I've run Ad-ware keeps detecting and removing win32trojanagent2, but it keeps coming back, I've scanned with AVG doesn't detect, tried downloading SPYbot, Maleware, running online scans but it doesn't let me do it, don't know what ese to do, any help much appreciated...
