I just signed up now for this question (and will come more to this forum now since I'm a member haha).
I have a friend that is trying to replace a laptop monitor with his old one (he's screen is kinda broken). I wanted to ask, is there a way I can also replace the screen cable with one that is compatible with the laptop?
His screen's cable is a bit bigger than laptop (e.g: it's 8 pin instead of 6)
