Resetting a friends pc

She asked me to reset it which I have done, now its asking me to set up an email account, can I by pass that so I can continue or ??? Its an HP Ultrabook laptop , W10

Well, I thought it was good. Many months back when my pc crashed, it told me I had to sign it with a MS account which I did but I wanted my own log in password which a poster in here told me how to do such, I simply don't remember how to do it. The posters name started with B, I'd like to find that post or be told how to sign out of it so the owner can have their own log in, thank you.

You want a Local Signon, not the MS Account.

I found out its W8, can I use my W10 CD Disc to install W10 on it or not? Its the same disc I used on my W7.
Disregard, NO CD/DVD on laptop.

Gosh, it just told me its updating to 8.1. Whats next, I wonder ??
