Router connectivity

Hello,
So I just bought a router and I followed all the steps in order to install it and connect it to my modem. The thing is that my modem provides internet directly into the computer through a dial-up connection. Now, when I bought the router and installed it, everything went ok. and the wifi was going well. The problem appears when I shut down the computer. the wifi does not work anymore. But if I turn my computer on and connect to the wired internet, it works again. I hope the way I explained makes sense

Now with the router, you need a configuration to create that same service.

1. you need the modem to be in BRIDGE MODE to pass all control to the router.
2. then configure the router to make the dial-up connection.
