Rundll.exe error

I keep getting rundll.exe32 errors becuase i thought it was a useless program running so i closed the process on the task manager and now it has made huge effects including the control panel. How do i fix this thing? or how do i restart this procces? (windows xp)

start->run->eventvwr.msc

then under System, look for errors on rundll32.exe
