Hi, I can get the XFX Fatboy RX 590 for really cheap... Seriously, MUCH cheaper than the gtx 1060 6GB and RX 580 8GB, according to reviews from all the hardware sites the RX 590 is priced to high and that's the reason it cant really be recommended, but obviously not in my case. It includes the game bundle which is almost the price of the card itself in terms of value. So what do you say? go for it or wait for Navi? For the price it's soooooo tempting. I have a Dell SE2717h Freesync monitor @1080p/75hz and it does look like a nice FPS bump in some games from my Powercolor RX 470 4GB Red Devil.
