RX 570 - Error 43

Hey guys,

I have a RX 570 laying around that I intended to use for a little project of mine. It is out of warranty/return period. I suspect the card is bad/doa, however I'd welcome any suggestions.

Windows gives an error 43.

I've tried just about everything I can think of, but notably, I've tried fresh installing with DDU (both in safemode and not) and I've tried flashing the bios of the card to its proper bios. Without any luck.

Hi! Was there integrated graphics beforehand? If so, do this: START > Control Panel > System > Select the "Hardware" tab > Device Manager > Display Adapters. Right click on the listed display (the integrated graphics) and select DISABLE. then, try to use the video card again.
