Samsung Magician ssd Samsung 850

Version 5.1.0 Samsung magician sees the Interface (sata 3) and also AHCI Mode is activated
(never had any problems in over 2 years old SSD)
BUT .... downloaded the new Magician 5.2.0 and it does not see the Interface and AHCI is deactivated
Why is the latest download of Samsung Magician not working ?
Running windows 10 home
Dell computer
System Type x64-based PC
System Model OptiPlex 760

The only people who can really help with that problem is samsungs technicians.

If you are out of warrenty still ask them for help if the charge rate they offer is reasonable.
Go ahead and pay them and see what tier tech 2 support will say about the issues.
