SAS & MWB start then quit

When I run Superantispyware it finds some issues than disappears, the same thing happens with Malwarebytes? I am running trend it says I am clean. SAS found Trojan Dropper / sys-NV and Trojan Unclassified / helper dd before it just stopped running. Help.

If I had this problem I would format the hard drive and reinstall Windows fresh. What are your system specs and what Operating System are you running?
