Save outlook emails in bulk

Hi,

I'm trying to save outlook e-mails relating to a work project. I don't want to archive them as then only my outlook account can re-open them (I think). I want to save them as an outlook item so anybody with an outlook account can open and review them. I can do this with one e-mail at a time by highlighting the e-mail and then

File > Save As > and then clicking Outlook Message Format in the "Save as Type" box.

Does anybody know of a way I can do this with folders (with sub-folders) in one go not one e-mail at a time?
