Thanks kimsland. Will add to the ever-growing help from you! I have run into a few people who couldn't pull up System Restore using cleanmgr, I'll try this on next time!

Will you please verify this? I see two commas between cpl and 4: like this cpl,,4.
Is this correct?

A TIP: Create a shortcut to System Restore on the desktop> drag icon into Quick Launch Toolbar. It's a good reminder to create the Restore Points and there is access to the 'turn off'.

3. Undo
4. Setting
