I am new to this, I received an error "The system has recovered from a serious error"

Went to the micorsoft support website but didn't find the exact match:

BCCode : f4 BCP1 : 00000003 BCP2 : 85FFDD38 BCP3 : 85FFDEAC
BCP4 : 80604528 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

I have attached a zip with files to help with the error.

Phoned microsoft (What a waste of a phone call) and was told unless I can locate the exact error on thier website they cant help me!

Hi guys, i'm new here and hope i'm at the right spot

Have the same problem here, attached .dmp files and pasting event 1001 and 1003 aswell. I am suspecting some RAM problems ,but not sure, so some guidance and help would be most appreciated

It is hardware error of the hard disk. Run chkdsk /r may fix the blue screen problem. If your sever has DLO (Desk Laptop Option Veritas Backup) or spyware doctor, they also trigger ntstatus code 9A.
