Slow Speed on Broadband

Guys, I have BSNL Broadband. When I installed it then some months it worked fine but now it is running very slowly. It has a speed of 100 Mbps but it is not working accordingly. Please help me. Also its download speed is very low currently previously it gave a speed of 150 KBPS but now it is around 4 KBPS
