Some Outlook Calendar Events Off By One Hour

I have Outlook connected to exchange and recently some of the calendars events are off by one hour. This occur almost immediately after I was able to use my iPad to check calendar events via Activesync. I also have my Android phone connected to Exchange as well. Funny thing is only Outlook is effected. All calendars events appear correct on iPad, Android and OWA. I made sure the time zone are correct on the machine running Outlook and also made sure Outlook is set to the correct time zone. Anyone had similar issues with this?

Could be time setting error on the exchange server itself

The admin said the time is correct on the exchange server and that no one else is having this issue. Funny thing is when we tried to re-create my profile in Outlook, for the 5 seconds all the calendar events were in the correct time slot. But then something causes it to go off an hour.
