Inactive Sophos Hidparse.sys file is in use cannnot cleanup after being replaced

First, I need to know exactly what the problem is.

Hidparse.sys is the Windows file so I'm not sure what you want to do with it. What kind of cleanup are you trying to do?
What makes you think your computer is infected?
