SOS on System Security 2009 remnants

The System Security 2009 at first looks like a protection program for the computer. But after creating havoc on my laptop, I now can no longer run my regedit and gpedit.msc.
I would like to ask for some advice on how to make the two run without reformatting my computer please.
Your recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
