We have been getting an annoying issue for awhile now when users log in. They will get a series of SoundMax error messages that pop up in a row. The messages are:f
Soundmax, Error extracting support files.
Access is denied.
Setup failed to run installation.
The system cannot find the specified file.
We are using HP desktops and laptops running windowx xp sp2. I have searched all over and not found any reference to these errors. Has anyone else seen this and have a solution to it?
