Stupid driver locked ram

I'm using 8-10gigs of ram with nothing running and no VMs.
I looked in rammap problem seems to be with driver locked ram and I don't really know what that is.
forums reccommended to use the windows assessment console as the performance recorder.
Here's all the screenshots hope a pro can help!
PS: There are no assessment console screenshots because it restarted the pc and cleared the ram.

Then you no longer have an issue with locked ram -- typical fix is to REBOOT first before trying other approaches :sigh:

I've done that many times including clean boot and safe mode, the driverlocked ram is near 0 after reboot but always ramps up to 5 gb.

The Game Launcher is associated with this -- disable it, reboot and try again
