Suggest good ranged wireless router

Hi,
I am looking for a wirless router in the range of <100$. My office is is around 4500 sq.ft.
If the router is situated upstairs is there any connectivity problem. My presend router is speedtouch 585, and Iam not getting connection downstairs. Kindly advice me

First, stay with 802.11g and avoid 802.11n; the 11.n has yet to be adopted.

Second, look for a MIMO (multi-in, mult-out) class device for better range.

That's not a MIMO and is 11.n which I discourage due to compatibility issues with
other vender's devices (ie a Linksys router with Atheros Wifi on the pc)
