Suspect infected PC - machine & IE7 performance slow down tremendously

I suspect my machine is infected either by virus or spywares. I recently notice my IE7 functioning extremely slowly and my machine performance is dreadfully slow even right from boot up. I still have 20GB HDD space in my C:\ and I'm running on a 1.6GHz RAM with VISTA 32-bit OS. From my task manager, I notice ieuser.exe constantly lingering around with very high memory usage (I did try end tasking it but it didnt help though).

Currently on my system, I have AVAST! (freeware) AV which updates its virus database automatically everyday. I have ADWARE (free) & AVG Spyware (free) installed on my machine. However, both anti-spywares does not do live detection.

I have run HijackThis, MBAM & ComboFix as suggested in a separate thread (sorry, I'm new here and didnt realize I wasn't suppose to reply on top of another thread). I am attaching the log files from all the 3 runs (I think the latest respond in the previous thread said I am not suppose to run ComboFix..but, it's too late :(). BTW, I could not even download ComboFix using my machine. I had to get it through another machine instead! It's blocked for some reason :(

I also did a Kaspersky Online scan..I tried to save the log file but it just wont appear on my machine (i can't see it anywhere in my storage even though it appears through the "Choose File" dialog box).

Hope i have the details covered. Thanks for your help

Hi, is anyone able to help me look at this? I'm still not sure if I'm infected.. Sorry to respond again...Just thought I might be overlooked.. :(

Many thanks..

Patience. All here are volunteers. Reviewing the logs takes time. Your turn will come.
