Also, most of the icons from my start menu seem to have dissapered, however, that seems like a common problem with this virus and I have seen another thread on here that looks like it can help me with this.

Also, most of the icons from my start menu seem to have dissapered, however, that seems like a common problem with this virus and I have seen another thread on here that looks like it can help me with this.
I'd just like to thank you for taking the time to look over this for me, this is the first serious virus intrusion that I have ever been a victim of and it has kept me up all night. If it were not for this forum then I probably would have had no idea what to do.
