Well now we know what folder the minidump is in but we can't read it, unless you post it... Go here and follow the instructions to test your memory and the hard drive for errors:

You will also find out how to post a minidump, and use the ZIP feature if you need to

This is caused by an ATI video driver. Try updating the driver from here:
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx

thx for ur rply; yes! I updated gpu drivers but no use

Any progress on this yet? You may have to replace the video card
