System info results?

I ran a freeware program called SysGauge on my old satelite laptop and it came back with a read out that I do not understand.
It shows a few "warning" alerts but I have no idea what they mean or how to fix the problems. Can someone give me some advice as to what to do about the "warning" alerts?

A HANDLE is the hook to some kind of I/O (both disk and network). The fact that there are "too many" is subjective - - but in your case the counts are truly concerning. Typical counts are few to maybe 100 - - you are in the thousands.
