you should use comodo or zone alarm they are both free and very good I have not used kerio may be some one that has can help you

try to uninstall kerio and install Zonelabs, that might solve the problem.

look at the (no file) it mean that the file is not even there

but you need to becare-full if you see this in a O23 it does not always mean it is not there
