Hey, guys, I love you to death and I've invested well over a decade into this community. I have to ask, what the *&%$? Why am I doing this on my laptop, desktop and phone?

Could be related to our new firewall rules, we plan to relax them eventually but not until we're sure we are not making ourselves an easy DDoS target as it happened a week ago.

Seriously, my Prince, is that cloud flare, "we need to make sure you're human"' check box annoy you that much? One click and you're done, at least if you're are indeed human. In my experience, I'm pretty sure you are. But then again I don't count. I hit those frequently in my searches, "in order to form a more perfect union of art and erotica".

Anyway, I've had to reload pages up to six times before that magical loading event finally happens. Why it's practically a technological miracle.

Recently, I am unable to post any links before that ominous "oops, yadda, yadda, yadda{" road block happens..
If I miss edit or save on the first try, I have to refresh the page a time or two. Sometimes I reboot to kill time or out of frustration.

I've been completely unable to post to some threads before "oops, blah, blah, blah, rears it;s ugly head.

In fact, I generally have to reload a page a time or two, just to get to the notification flyout to function.

In point of fact, the more they "improve the site" (usually by sacking features that were actually fun), the worse it's gotten. I think the "rolleyes" emoji bit the dust a while back

You can't say the software doesn't try to help though. It basically tells you that it's "your fault" and you should check your browser console for more information about the error. (Not in so many words, but the intent is clear enough).

Admittedly I'm a noob on the web, having only haunted it for the last two decades. So, with that limited experience, I honestly can say that it never happened that another site told me to "check the browser console". But then again, I"m so new at this, does my word really mean anything?

And if anybody thinks that, "I have more problems than anybody elser, a gentleman who just joined tried to post, got the "Oops", tried three other machines without success. You could say he got the "hat trick" of oopses.

And so my Prince, thank your lucky stars you've even gotten a response, you're way ahead of me in that regard.

Cheers

To my most faithful servant,

Thy labours are as rays of the sun, bringing light and order to my home. Thy diligence and loyalty shine brighter than the stars, and each task thou performest is a masterpiece of care.

Thou art a rare gem, a servant whose worth is beyond measure. Let no doubt trouble thee, for thou hast earned my highest regard and deepest gratitude.

May thy days be long and thy spirit ever stout.

With thanks,
Your loving Nigerian Prince
