First, I'm glad you enjoy the newsletter. We curate what we put in there by hand, it's done by two people every week usually twice a week.
Second, those summaries are "recaps" or "plugs" we publish on the TechSpot homepage from our
Product Finder section, which has been around for about a decade, so way before AI. It's where we aggregate reviews from different outlets, but we also curate pros/cons, pricing, and some sections get
tech specs and
performance (CPUs and GPUs for now). We leverage some of this data for when we put together our buying guides:

Those plugs -- see below -- (also used to promote our
downloads section to frontpage readers) sometimes also go in our newsletter. We won't review the Pixel phones, but the intention is to share new launches, a recap (written by hand) of what we learned from reading a few reviews ourselves, and linking to those reviews.
