TedGem Webcam Driver problem

Hi , I wonder if anyone can help me resolve this issue. I plugged in the webcam - doesn't work so went to device manger,found Unknown device, clicked update drivers, searched for drivers.Windows found them, BUT It says a flie is missing so: " The Driver Installation Device is missing a necessary file".
What can I do?( I cannot find any webcams listed on the tedgem website )

Re-test: remove device in device manager; uninstall device; reboot computer; confirm no device; re-install

Thanks, I tried that , but there is no tech support on the website. I also suspect a different problem as the USB drivers don't seem right either, they are highlighted in yellow, although when I click to update them, it says best version already installed. Its a Lenovo T500
